The beach at Alvor is a 10 minute drive away, offering a superb sandy beach with a choice of beach restaurants, and the nearby towns of Portimao and Lagos are within a 15 minute drive. |

The famous hills of Monchique are a backdrop to our home and again easily accessible, as is the historical town of Silves with it’s dominating castle and calm café lined streets.
The Algarve boasts an average of 3,000 hours of sunshine per year. It is mild all year round with virtually no rain in the summer months. February sees the start of spring and it is still warm at the end of October.
